Enrise is hiring for the position of Regional Sales Manager. As an RSM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan within your assigned territory to drive Enrise's growth. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to drive strategic sales  tailored to "territorial conditions".

Key Responsibilities: 

• Achieve annual sales quota and profitability goals for all product lines. 

• Align Enrise's business plans with the organization's short and long-term goals. 

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop breakthrough sales strategies. 

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the region, including owners, property managers, engineers, contractors, and wholesalers. 

• Identify and prioritize strategic conversion opportunities with contractors, engineers, and distribution teams. 

• Assess and measure rebate effectiveness and develop processes for prequalifying contractor and distributor partners. 

• Provide feedback on product and service to product management and engineering teams. 

• Manage and schedule sales specialists' movements within the territory. 

• Assist in trade shows and specialized training seminars. 

• Continually expand product knowledge to leverage Enrise system sales opportunities. 

• Embody Enrise's core values and principles and advocate for continuous improvement.
